And her sis who had hair down to her waist had the lot chopped off the day after, bleached and then coloured!

come up and see me...make me smile
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO -What a Ride!:D

Been having a think about the saturation on the second image. Its not created the look I was after after all, so will try something else in a bit
Thanks for the critique

Given it was midnight, and I'd been lugging several kg's of camera about all day, it was more by luck than judgement. Wasn't even planned. Just we all went outside to get rid of the balloons as we were clearing up, and as we were walking out, the old grey matter kicked into overdrive on what I could capture. I knew it was going to be a once only opportunity, and just fired away
That it worked was as much as a surprise to me as anyone else

I am impressed - you must have one powerful flashgun! Most of my night time shots with black/night backgrounds are dull and grainy affairs I am embarrassed by, and I have a fairly powerful flash as amateur gear goes

Does help
Did quite a bit without flash, as I wanted to get some grainy shots of the evening, and the A900 at the mo still has the original firmware, a new release has been promised that gets rid of a lot of the noise issues at higher ISO's
I'd tested the unit on a long fetish shoot in the Nuclear Bunker in Essex, so knew that it was going to be up to the job.
